OD3ON's goal is to be at the service of entertainment and creative expression. Violence, harassment and similar types of behavior discourage users from expressing themselves and ultimately diminish the value of the platform's content. The aim of our rules is to ensure that everyone can participate in public conversation freely and safely.

We allow a great deal of freedom of expression on our platform, but there are certain limits that you must be aware of. These rules apply to both public and private content.

- Sexual exploitation of children: We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sexual exploitation of children.

- Genuine threats: Direct and credible threats of violence, speech that directly incites imminent illegal acts, with clear intent, are prohibited (Virginia v. Black, 2003; Brandenburg v. Ohio, 1969; Texas v. Johnson, 1989; Hustler Magazine v. Falwell, 1988).

- Fraud and misrepresentation: Intentional lies in contexts such as advertising or contracts are not permitted.

- Suicide: Promoting or encouraging suicide or self-destructive behavior is prohibited.

- Gory or sensitive media: Media depicting sexual aggression are forbidden. As well as excessively gory real (non-fictional) media.

- Pornography: Erotic and/or pornographic content is authorized as long as it contains consenting adults, does not contain private content published without the consent of the people appearing in it, and is published in the “adult content” category.

- Non-consensual nudity: it is forbidden to post or share intimate photos or videos of a person that have been taken or broadcast without their consent.

- Private information: it is forbidden to publish or post other people's private information (such as a phone number or postal address) without their authorization and express consent. It is also forbidden to threaten or incite others to divulge private information.

- Account hacking: You may not use or attempt to use any user ID, password, token, key, cookie or other data to log into or otherwise access any account on the Platform other than your own. Nor may you add, delete or modify private information or features of any Platform account other than your own (or those for which you have been directly authorized).

- Platform manipulation and spam: You may not use our services in a way that artificially amplifies or suppresses information, or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts the user experience.

- False and misleading identities: You may not impersonate any person, group or organization in a way that causes misunderstanding, confusion or deception of others. Nor may you use a false identity in a way that disrupts the experience of other users.

- Copyrights and trademarks: You may not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks.

- Illegal or regulated goods or services: It is forbidden to use our service for illegal purposes or to engage in illegal activities. This includes the sale and purchase of illegal goods and services, as well as certain types of regulated goods and services, and the facilitation of such transactions.
