The REAL Geralt Reacts to The Witcher 3

For the first time on Gamology, Doug Cockle the legendary voice actor behind Geralt of Rivia reacts to some of The Witcher 3’s most iconic moments. From the unforgettable bath scene and Geralt’s relationships with Yennefer and Triss to his emotional connection with Ciri, Doug shares what makes Geralt such a memorable character. He explains why Geralt was never meant to be completely emotionless, how his dry humor makes him relatable, and how every difficult choice changes the player’s journey. Doug also looks back on recording The Witcher 3 for nearly two and a half years, voicing thousands of lines, and bringing Geralt’s emotional journey to life. He reacts to the Bloody Baron questline, the ending of The Wild Hunt, Geralt and Dandelion’s friendship, Ciri’s story, and the future of The Witcher series.
