And on Feb 13 I delivered that sweet baby in my bathroom. How crazy is it to give birth to your baby that you’ll never get to truly, physically hold in your arms. And still have to go through all of the postpartum things. 10 weeks later I finally physically healed. 10 weeks of the daily reminder that I lost my baby. I do not believe that God took my baby because heaven needed another angel. I do not believe that God took my baby to teach us a lesson. I do not believe that God even took my baby at all. He didn’t need him. I do believe we live in a fallen world and the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy. I do believe my baby is in heaven and one day I’ll get to meet him. There are days where I feel so content with my 3 beautiful children. Days that they make me feel crazy and I think how could I possibly want any more of these 🤪 but then there are the days where I long to have another one. Where I long to breastfeed. Where I long to smell that newborn smell. Where I long to experience that gummy smile and leg rolls. Where I long for another baby. My heart aches for it so much. It’s honestly like some part of me is missing too. Like I’m forgetting something, you know? I never thought I’d be in this club. My heart truly aches for every woman who has had to go through this.
