Chief Marketing Officer

Cheyenne, Wyoming · On-site

This is the first CMO seat at OD3ON. You will sit with the founding team at our headquarters in Cheyenne and own how the world hears us: brand, growth, creator acquisition, and the story of a platform that still believes speech and money can belong to the people who create.

What you will do

  • Build the OD3ON brand from the ground up, voice, visuals, campaigns, and the narrative that makes a creator want to bet on us.
  • Find and win creators. Not vanity launches: real acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Run growth with a small budget and a high bar: paid, organic, partnerships, press, and whatever actually moves the needle.
  • Work in the same room as the people who ship the product. No off-site strategy theater.

Who you are

  • A senior marketer who has already carried a brand, a growth engine, or both.
  • An operator. You write, you ship, you measure. You do not wait for a 40-person department.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen or hold a permanent visa that allows you to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor.
  • You want to live the work on-site in Cheyenne. This role is not remote.

Location

On-site, mandatory, at OD3ON HQ in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will work in person with the founding team. Cheyenne is a real American city on the high plains: honest winters, huge skies, and a short drive from country that still looks like the posters. The Grand Tetons are not a metaphor. They are west of here, sharp against the light, and they have a way of putting a bad meeting in perspective.

Wyoming is why we are here. Space to think, cheap enough to last, and a landscape that reminds you the internet is not the whole world. If you want a glass tower and a badge lanyard, this will feel wrong. If you want to build something that matters and walk outside into actual weather, it will feel right.

Compensation

Pay according to profile and experience. Stock options are part of the package.
