We need someone who can turn a young platform into numbers we can trust: creator growth, fan conversion, billing, watch time, the leaks in the funnel. Juniors are welcome if you are sharp, curious, and allergic to vanity metrics.
What you will do
- Build the dashboards and definitions the rest of the team actually uses, not a graveyard of unused Looker tiles.
- Follow the money and the attention: subscriptions, tips, cohorts, geography, and where creators stall.
- Partner with product and engineering to instrument events, catch lies in the data, and design simple experiments.
- Tell the truth in writing. A short note that changes a decision is worth more than a 40-page deck.
Who you are
- Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and at least one real analysis stack (Python is a plus).
- A junior with range, or someone a little further along who still likes to get their hands dirty. We will teach domain. We will not teach curiosity.
- You must be a U.S. citizen or hold a permanent visa that allows you to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor.
- Hybrid, same as our engineers: remote is fine, Cheyenne is part of the job.
Location
Hybrid. Remote is allowed, with periods of work in Cheyenne, Wyoming alongside the founding team. Same deal as engineering: you are not a vendor on Slack. When you are in Wyoming, you get the office, the plains, and a landscape that still stops people mid-sentence, the Tetons at dusk, a river in the foreground, a sky that takes its time.
If you have only ever analyzed products from a WeWork in a coastal city, this will feel like a different country. That is the idea.
Compensation
Pay at market, adjusted for profile and experience. Stock options are part of the package.
