Monthly subscriptions

On OD3ON, supporting a creator is not a 30-day countdown. It is a calendar appointment, designed so that your fans' money goes as far as it can: less for the banks, more for the people you love to watch, read, and listen to.

A calendar month, not a rolling 30 days

Subscriptions are monthly in the calendar sense. They all renew together on the 3 of each month. You pay today, you get access to reserved content immediately, and the next charge happens on that shared date.

No personal anniversary to remember, no scattered charges. One simple, readable rhythm for the whole community.

Why this rhythm?

Every card payment has a cost. A percentage fee, and above all a fixed fee on every transaction. If each fan were billed on the anniversary of their own subscription, the bank would charge as many times as there are subscriptions, including when the same supporter backs several creators.

By grouping renewals on the 3 of each month, OD3ON pools those fees:

  • A fan who supports several channels in the same currency is charged once, instead of a trail of micro-transactions.
  • Payment processors' fixed fees are shared, instead of being copied onto every subscription.
  • A larger share of what the fan pays lands in the creator's pocket.
  • The creator's cash flow becomes readable: after the 3, that month's renewals are in.

This is not a technical footnote. It is a platform choice: OD3ON exists so that fan support is leverage, not a commission factory.

Subscribing late in the month

Without a safeguard, a fan who subscribes on the 21, or later, would be charged again as soon as the 3 of the following month. A few days of access for a full month's price is not support, it is an accidental trap. We refuse that.

Before the 21

You subscribe now. The next renewal is on the 3 of the following month.

From the 21 onward

You subscribe now. The next renewal is pushed to the 3 of the month after next. The first period is longer, not shorter.

The fan is not short-changed: they enjoy a generous first period. The creator gains a subscriber who does not feel tricked. Trust is earned in the calendar too.

For you, creators

Less friction for your fans, more predictability for you. Your revenue no longer depends on a rain of anniversary dates: it follows the month, like your work. You create, you publish, you build a relationship, the calendar stays simple.

And above all: every bank fee we avoid is a little more breathing room for your channel. OD3ON is built so that the people who support you actually support you.

For you, fans

Immediate access after payment. One shared calendar. You can cancel anytime from your account: access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no renewal on the next 3.

Supporting a creator should feel simple, fair, and a little proud. That is the whole idea.
